Do you combine shipping?
-Yes we combine shipping. We charge full shipping for the first item, and then $3.95 for each additional item in the same shipment within the United States. Our International buyers pay $8.95 for each additional item within the same shipment.

How long can I bid on items if I want to combine shipping?
-You can continue to bid on our items for up to 7 days after the first auction has ended. Please hold off on paying if you know you will be bidding on multiple items. This way we can include all of your items on one invoice, ensuring you receive the shipping discount.

What are the dimensions of this bag?
-We include the measurements of each of our items within the description of the item. Please be sure to thoroughly read through the descriptions before bidding on any of our items.

What methods do you ship your items?
-We use USPS Priority Mail for all of our shipments within the United States which takes 2-3 business days after the item is shipped. For our International buyers we ship USPS First Class International which takes 3-5 business days after the item has been shipped.

How long until you ship my item out?
-We can usually have our items shipped out within 2-5 business days after payment has been received.

Do you ship to France?
-Yes we ship to France. Unfortunately we have lost so many packages to French Customs that we now require shipping USPS Priority International. This costs an additional $9.95, but includes a tracking number.

What does "Boho" mean?
-"Boho" is short for Bohemian. Although the term bohemian, of French origin, was first used in the English language in the nineteenth century to describe the nontraditional lifestyles of artists, writers, musicians, and actors in major European cities. It is now used in reference to the Hippie lifestyle in the United States.

What is your return policy?
-We take returns if we have misrepresented an item in a listing. Please contact us if you feel that an item was misrepresented or if you feel you need to return an item for any reason.

Why haven't you left me Feedback yet?
-Although we work hard to return feedback as quickly as possible, our main goal is to get your item shipped out to you as quickly as possible. If you feel you need the feedback returned more quickly, then please contact us.

Why was an unpaid item reminder sent to me?
-We allow our buyers to hold off on paying for up to 7 days after the auction has ended, but we often have to send out unpaid item reminders when the buyer forgets to pay. This is not meant as an insult, but as a simple reminder that you must make payment.

I am unhappy with my purchase. Is there anything I can do about this?
-Please contact us if you are unhappy with any purchase. We strive to work with our buyers so that we can both come out of the transaction happy.
